At Sugar Brush, we believe in doing our best to help our customers and make every experience sweet. Here’s how our cancellation and refund policy works:
Order Cancellations:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order for same day orders or within 30 minutes if its for a later date.
We may not be able to process a cancellation if your order has already been confirmed with our kitchen team, & work on customised elements/ baking has begun.
Custom & Perishable Items:
Orders for custom cakes or other perishable items cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed, as they are freshly made just for you.
Quality Concerns:
If you feel that the cake you received is not up to our usual standards, please let us know within 30 minutes of pickup or delivery, and before consuming the product. We’ll check the issue and do our best to make it right. Please note, if the cake has already been consumed, we won’t be able to process a refund.
Delivery & Damage:
Sugar Brush does not offer its own delivery service. Customers may arrange pick-up themselves or use a third-party delivery partner at their own risk. We do not take responsibility for any damage caused during transit by third-party delivery partners or self-arranged pick-ups.
Refund Process:
Any approved refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 1–2 working days.
