Terms & Conditions

At Sugar Brush, every cake is made with care, creativity, and lots of love. To keep things smooth for everyone, here are a few things to note before placing your order:

Custom Orders

• Custom cakes can only be ordered via WhatsApp or in person at our studio.
•  Website orders come with limited customization options—we’re unable to make changes beyond what’s listed online.

Delivery & Pickup

•  We always recommend self-pickup for safe handling.
• If that’s not possible, we can help book a third-party delivery (bike or cab) based on what works best for your cake.
•  Please note: once a cake leaves our studio, we’re not responsible for delays or damages during transit.
• If you’re planning ahead, feel free to ask us for trusted delivery contacts—but they remain independent, and we can’t guarantee their service.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders are confirmed only once payment is made.
• After placing an order, you have a 10-minute window to make changes or cancel.
• Since everything is made to order, we’re unable to cancel, modify or refund beyond this, unless we’re unable to fulfil the order due to emergencies or unforeseen events.
